02What to include
- Support: your installation name, and what you expected versus what happened.
- Billing: your Razorpay payment id.
- Trial or licence: the email address you registered with.
Never send us broker credentials. We will never ask for them, and we could not use them — they exist only on your own machine.
03Response times
We aim to reply within 2 working days, and within 3 for refund requests. We are in India (IST).
We do not offer 24/7 or telephone-based trading support. If your installation is misbehaving during market hours, use the kill switch first — it is one click from any page of the console, and one command from the CLI — then write to us.
